To coincide with Euronext’s Sustainability Week, the Institut de la Finance Durable has teamed up with the market operator to publish the Guide des bonnes pratiques ESG pour r\u00e9ussir son introduction en bourse.<\/p>\n

Officially presented on Thursday, September 7 at the conference ‘Les march\u00e9s au service de la transition \u00e9cologique’, this guide complements existing initiatives aimed at helping companies prepare for a potential listing, with content exclusively dedicated to environmental, social and good governance (ESG) issues.<\/p>\n

‘Defining the internal bodies and processes that will ensure that ESG issues are properly taken into account has become an essential step in defining a sustainable corporate strategy that is credible to investors. With this guide, the Institut de la Finance Durable and myself, in partnership with Euronext, aim to provide company directors preparing an IPO with some practical advice on how to consolidate their strategy and improve their impact on the environment and society, which have become key factors in investor appraisal<\/em>‘ <\/strong><\/p>\n
