C\u00e9cile Goubet had been with the Commissariat g\u00e9n\u00e9ral au d\u00e9veloppement durable since 2023, after serving as advisor to the Minister for Energy Transition, Agn\u00e8s Pannier-Runacher. She succeeds Pauline Becquey, who had been the IFD&#8217;s general manager since its creation and who successfully launched the Institute&#8217;s priority projects, with the support of its various stakeholders.<\/p>\n<p>After serving as advisor to the Minister for Energy Transition, Agn\u00e8s Pannier-Runacher, in 2022, where she was in charge of the sobriety plan and climate issues, C\u00e9cile Goubet had been the coordinator of the acceleration strategy for ecoresponsible digital innovation since 2023. C\u00e9cile Goubet has over 15 years&#8217; experience in energy and ecological transition issues, notably at the Caisse des d\u00e9p\u00f4ts, the Direction g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de l&#8217;\u00e9nergie et du climat and Avere France, which she headed from 2018 to 2022.
