The IFD is a specific branch of Paris EUROPLACE. The Board of Directors is responsible for defining and monitoring the projects and action plan of the Institut de la Finance Durable. It oversees their implementation by the Executive Board and the Managing Director. The Board meets at least three times a year. The Executive Board is responsible for implementing the projects and action plan decided by the Institut de la Finance Durable Board. Its members are appointed by the Institut de la Finance Durable Board on the recommendation of its Chairman.<\/p>\t<\/div>\n\t\n\n\n

Yves Perrier is Chairman of the Institut de la Finance Durable. The Board of Directors is made up of senior executives from industry, the financial sector and professional federations, as well as representatives of public authorities and qualified personalities from . Board members are appointed by the association’s Board of Directors on the recommendation of the Chairman of the Institut de la Finance Durable.<\/p>\t<\/div>\n\t\n\n\n\n
